How we work
We publish our plans and prices openly in US dollars, so you can compare options before you order. VPS plans need no yearly contract and can be upgraded at any time. Orders, invoices and support tickets are handled in one client area at servers.hostinbrazil.com, and RDP plans are ordered through serverslot.com. We accept cryptocurrency, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfer.
We aim to be clear about where each service runs. Our VPS, dedicated, RDP and cPanel web hosting services are in Brazil, while our WordPress plans are hosted in the Netherlands. When a customer's project would be better served by a different option, we say so.
